In our fast-paced world of multitasking, women often find themselves wearing multiple hats. While this juggling act can be challenging, our daily rituals can help to ground us in the present moment.  It is these moments that help us connect with our body and mind, which sets us up for success.

Morning Ritual: What's the first thing you do in the morning to set a positive tone for the day? 

I say what I am grateful for. This can be simple things such as the feeling of the linen against my skin or bigger things such as the love I have for my family.

Daily Inspiration: Could you share a daily practice or routine that keeps you inspired and motivated? 

I get up at 5: 30am to have time to spend time with our dogs, write in my journal and set the intention for the day. I then spend an hour moving my body which can be a gym session, Pilates or yoga or just simple mobility exercises. This enables me to still be available for my children before dropping them off at the school bus.

Evening Ritual: How do you unwind and practice self care in the evening after a busy day? 

I always try to finish all screen work or watching TV an hour before bed and take my time tidying up my bedroom, cleaning my face, I get into bed to read for 10 minutes before I turn the lights off. With the lights off I repeat what I am grateful for and what made that day special and this relaxes me and helps me fall asleep.

Favourite Product: Is there a specific product of ours that you love? 

Courage Nurturing Body Oil is my favorite because of its deeply moisturising properties that leave my skin feeling nourished and soft. The invigorating heartnotes of mint and patchouli not only provide a invigorating feeling but also create a soothing and grounding effect, making it a perfect addition to my post-shower routine.

Words of Wisdom/Words to live by: What's a piece of advice or words of wisdom that you might like to share in relation to self care or finding time for yourself? 

I have found that the few times I don’t move my body or get up later and miss out on my quiet time in the morning, my day is less productive, it is almost like every bit of time I put into self-care I get back twofold in productivity but also in mental health.
