Morning Ritual: What's the first thing you do in the morning to set a positive tone for the day?
I have a morning ritual that I follow, I know my days are better when I make time for which starts with any form of movement, with a full schedule I try to follow a plan but also am very aware of my body and take time to tune in to what I need so this varies between boxing HIIT, running, grounding beach walks or yoga, followed by a 10 minute meditation, Animal card pull and journaling.
Daily Inspiration: Could you share a daily practice or routine that keeps you inspired and motivated?
Definitely morning meditation, I have found a guided meditation I absolutely adore on You tube that pushes pause on the world and creates time and space to connect with the universe. It guides me through heart connection and sets my energy for the day.
Evening Ritual: How do you unwind and practice self care in the evening after a busy day?
I love losing myself in a novel with a chamomile tea each night, this helps relax my mind and body and gets me off my screens. Also, every night I use an NSDR (non sleep deep rest/yoga nidra) to go to sleep.
Favourite Product: Is there a specific product of ours that you love?
I love JOY. A gorgeous reminder that life is filled with precious glimmers and we can make moments to feel JOY at any time throughout the day (especially needed when we feel the world's pressure pull us into human ‘doing’ mode and brings me back into human ‘being’).
Words of Wisdom/Words to live by: What's a piece of advice or words of wisdom that you might like to share in relation to self care or finding time for yourself?
“Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story. Be yourself. Desiderata: A Poem for a Way of Life by Max Ehrmann
