Below, we share a handful of thoughtful reminders on how to focus on the little things that can make a big impact.

Set Small, Realistic Goals for Yourself

Take some quiet time with your journal and list out what truly matters to you—whether it’s family, friends, health, spirituality, or anything else. Then, break down each area with three micro-goals to improve it. The idea is to set small, achievable steps that can help you feel more fulfilled in each area.

For example, if health is important to you, your three micro-goals could be:

  • Drink one glass of water every hour you're awake.
  • Start your day with a green smoothie.
  • Go for a 20-minute walk daily.

Revisit these goals every month and set new ones where you can.

Choose an Affirmation

Begin each day with purpose by setting an intention or choosing a positive affirmation.
